Like what happens to me is that i get on the game and when i put create account it says my cd key was incorrect

And i have had this game for like 4 years and support doesnt do anything they just switch me over to impulse and they switch me over to stardock, and they switch me back to the main support line here

I'm not sure what you're saying, exactly.  Stardock is the company that makes the program Impulse, so I'm not sure what switching is happening.  What main support line are you referring to?  The only official Stardock support is through email ([email protected]).

If you're trying to play multiplayer, and are having trouble creating an account, that is all handled by Ironclad, who can be contacted by emailing [email protected].

Alright thank you i will contact them, i was also looking at the other forums on the issue and i was thinking maybe it is because i need to merge accounts or something like that

If Impulse is giving an error like that, then [email protected] is the way to go, but anything involving multiplayer/ICO is out of our jurisdiction.

An Internet connection is required to download game updates. If you are registering Sins Trinity, you should be doing so through Impulse, not the website.
