Community?

There are regular games everyday on Diplomacy but the community size is around 30-50 active players online during the US evening.

There's room for new people... You'll need to be willing to play some people and lose a few games before you get better. I played three games with someone, not a skilled, who wanted to get better at Vasari last night. We had a good time, although the scout rush idea in the third game didn't work to well for him

ah kk well I love strats and I am looking for a great new one, meaning if I spend my money it have to be worth the buy and an active community to share the fun with. Would you say this is that game?

Most definitely. I'm not just trying to talk this game up either. There is a lot of depth here and to top it all off, a brand new update coming in the next couple of months that should allow for a huge influx of new mods, impressive content etc. The game-play, is superb.

I got the game now but can't get into any games?

Um, did you manage to log onto ICO and there just aren't any games or did you not get that far yet?

Well the mesh files differ is a common installation bug, search for it and some thread should come up that explain how to fix it. That certainly would keep your from playing any games.

The mesh files differ error is usually caused by the Trinity install. The easiest way to fix it is to go into the Sins of a Solar Empire install directory and deleting all the mesh files in the base, entrenchment and diplomacy Mesh directory and re-validating the installation through impulse.

you get the "Verify Installation" option in impulse by holding [ctrl]+[shift]+[right click] on the sins of a solar empire and expansion listings. This should re-install the meshes.

Mesh Files Fixed
