Serial Number not working, support not helping

has anyone else had any issues trying to register their game, i enter my serial and it changes the product to sins of a solar empire, i click add registration and i get product registration failed, the email address or serial number you entered is invalid.

ive contacted support and got a ticket autoresponse saying they will get back to me in 2 days, that was a week ago and still nothing.

Anyone know of any workarounds so i can update this game to make it more stable so i can play it

Unfortunately, you're highly unlikely to get a good response at Christmas time.

Every time you send a new support email your ticket is reset and you are back on the bottom of the pile. Send 1 and they will get to you but it is the holidays.

What version are you running? They are all fairly stable.
