Heya guys.
I thought I'd try this approach as I've already tried e-mailing Stardock Support and unfortunately haven't had anything back.
I bought Sins through Play about two weeks ago and I'm finding that I can't register it, saying that the serial number doesn't belong to this e-mail address. Only problem is I've not committed any of my e-mail addresses to it so it's not a case of me remembering which one I've registered it to. I had also come across a number of people with the same issue and it was suggested that they contact support for them to sort it out, which I have done.
It's been about 8 working days since I contacted them ([email protected]) and I've still had nothing back from them. It'd be great if someone, preferably a rep, could sort this out for me so I can at least update and play online with friends.
