This pact adds two strikecraft to existing squadrons and does not add new squadrons. If you click on a squadron the number of strikecraft should be increased.
This pact is not balanced right though!
As it stands Vasari can get anywhere from a 50% to 66% boost with this pact while Advent gets much less. This pact would make more sense if the number of squadrons increased by x% or... add a new modifier that increases the damage output of strikecraft by x% (would make more sense with optimizations anyway).
