problems registering cd-key by web for download updates

Hello:

im having too many problems to register the game i bought about 3 days ago...

when i create account in this page, for download updates, it ask for register cd-key... i give it.

i got registering succesful but when i want to download updates, it ask the key again...

what can i do??

Have you downloaded and install Impulse ( www.impulsedriven.com )? This is where updates are downloaded and installed.
