Hey guys. 

I bought the Original Sins this week and have been trying with no avail to get it to play online. 

It doesn't update in game for me so I click download updates on the main menu in the game and it closes the game and links me to the SINS website to enter my Serial number. I type it in and click activate and it says it's registered then just does nothing...

Any suggestions? 

Is something wrong or am I being utterly retarded? 

I was going to email support but looking through the forums I have noticed that they are still dealing with a holiday backlog.
