Use whatever email program you use and input that address in the To: box.
If you don't use an email program go to whatever website you use Yahoo!, Gmail, MSN, etc. and put that address in the To: box.
I believe it's preferred that you send that email from whatever account you registered the game with.
In the message you should include a description of your problem so they know why you're emailing them.
Support will work with you until your issue is resolved.
