Please help me...

I'm trying to register my sins of a solar empire game so i can update...and no matter how 
I try to update it says email or activation code is wrong... that the code doesn't match the email or something.

The code that Is inside my game box(the game was brand new, and as such the code should only have been entered in by me)

Problem is, is that I bought the game at a store not with a friken email online.

And Stardock support doesn't bother to reply to me when i'v been waiting for a month. so I don't want to hear about how I need to contact [email protected] 

Because either I need a fix for this so I can update and play entrenchment that I bought and downloaded online, or some legal followings can pursue.

So any help is appreciated please and thankyou.

If you tried to send another support ticket, it is actually the same ticket, just moved to the bottom of the pile. If you did not submit multiple times, I agree that is way to long for a reply. Try PMing a moderator

The DEVs also check this section often and will push your ticket through so give it a day or 2 here before the last resort.

Last resort, try the BBB, that will get there attention.

What was your ticket number?

I sent one email, and received two Automated responses back, telling me that they had received the email and would reply shortly with help.

The ticket number from both emails i received back was...SXB-407397 and MAC-363654

BlueBlur99: Looks like you had one more ticket, IOE-329110, which the others have been merged into.  In the future, please do not submit multiple tickets, as this does nothing but gum up our support system.  Tickets are answered in the order in which they were received, sorted by last activity.

Please note, as indicated in the initial system reply you received when submitting your ticket, that replying to a support ticket before receiving a reply from technical support will reset the activity counter on the ticket.  This will move your ticket to the end of our incoming work queue and delay our response. This is done to prevent abuse of our support system with multiple replies.  Please reply in such a manner only if you have crucial information to add to the support case.

Lastly, please use legitimate account information when registering.  Although registering under false, toilet humor names may seem funny at the time, in inevitably leads to issues like this down the line.
