need help please!!

hey, all I can say is I am not very good at navigating files on a computer so I am lost when it comes to installing mods.

I am currently trying to install "big ship supply" by Insanity rules, I have downloaded the files but dont know what to do from there. Oh and if it makes a difference I run windows seven.

That mod might be to old for the version your game is. All mods need to be updated every time the game gets patched.
