Aside from your atrocious English, and yes you can use the spellchecker (it's built into the post-box), your request is widely considered as not possible.
See: https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/406580 for likely confirmation. A campaign of any sort, and especially the inclusion of some of your (admittedly ridiculous for Sins) ideas, would require immense rewrite of the engine, adding several years of development time.

You realize that we were indeed able to wade through the butchery of the English language that your post is, and we supplied you with an answer.
And that answer is that there will be no campaign, or character ships, or characters, or rewards, or any story-drivenness.
I want a campaign too, but it just isn't going to happen anytime soon, definitely not until a new engine, or enhancements to the existing engine are made, which isn't going to happen until their is a full sequel instead of just expansions.
Stardock ForumsWhy would you need a campaign hard-coded into the game? Set up a series of maps with your own goals in them, and play the game the way you want to - this sort of play gives the game so much more depth! Ask friends to set up a series of maps of their own, share the maps and you have new campaigns.

All it takes is a little thought - Sins was developed as a skirmish game, and was given a little backstory. The player is supposed to let his/her experience complete the tale!

(As I just said, you don't need a built-in campaign. Make your own campaign. If you do that, you get the feeling of being a commander, as you are the one making the decisions on what to do next, and ultimately the end-goal of the campaign.
For the first readthrough of what you say, I don't understand what you due to your lack of punctuation, grammar, spelling or any facet of language used to make yourself understood. Once I place commas, colons etc into your posts, I think I get some idea of what you mean. This does not, however, mean that I indeed get your meaning. Just that I have provided my own. What I'm saying is, I've been to school, and don't need to use the spellchecker. It would be nice if you post either in Dutch, where some of us may be able to translate properly, or if you in fact go to school, and learn to speak and spell properly in english.
