ah, also...is my username/password the same as on the impulse program? I saw a create account button on the game but im not sure what my CD Key is, is it the registration code? I got the trinity edition and it has a REG code and a P/N code on a sticker on the back of the instruction booklet

Is your version of the game fully updated?  You need to have the most recent patch (and thus version of the game) in order to connect.  If you do and you still can't figure it out, I guess you could email [email protected] (or is it [email protected])?

That is the latest.

End of Kirriko's quote

You have to make your own account. Its not the same as impulse, though I recommend you use the same user name and password so it will be easy to remember.

A co-worker & I tried playing online for the first time together last nite.  Utter failure.  He tried hosting, then I tried hosting.  Same results (virtually).  Our systems aren't junk either.  I'm running a quad-core 2.8ghz w/4gigs of DDR3 hi-speed ram, blah, blah, blah.  Plenty of horsepower for this game. He's running something similar.  Our pings were under 60 the whole game but next to it in status it stated: "Lagging" virtually the whole 20-25 minutes we tried to play.

I thought I read in another post you can ip directly into someone else' machine to play together.  How is this accomplished?  I was under the impression that it was either play through ICO or on a LAN.

Hopefully ICO fixes this & doesn't blame people' computers.  I have no issues with CoD or any other FPS game playing online.  Just ICO.

Maybe you just hit it at a bad time.  It's also possible that Sins was running on a core that was running other programs.  It's always a good idea to lock Sins to one of the cores and to set other programs to other cores.
