Sorry if another one of these has existed recently, but, my story is basically that a few months ago I bought my copy of Sins: Trinity at Target, and that when I looked into the box there was no CD key. I figured it was one of those games that didn't require one and had no problems until I saw that on impulse there was an update on impulse. It asked fro a Serial key to register which didn't exist. Eventually I found out that I should send an email to [email protected], so I did. They asked me for pictures, I sent them, then the next response. Two days later all I got was an automated email that the ticket was closed because I didn't respond for 48 hours when I was the one waiting for a response. So I sent a second email re-opening the ticket, sent with pictures again, and the same thing happened, they didn't respond and I got the automated response of the ticket closing because I didn't respond. On Wednesday I attempted to open a new ticket, providing the pictures right off the bat. I have not even reciaved an automated response to that email as of now.
I don't want to troll or rage or anything, all I would like is to resolve my issue and get a serial key so that I may continue enjoying the great game that is Sins of a Solar Empire.
