HI! i got the new update rite when it first came out, and now the advent constructors no longer auto build once communal labor is researched.. any fix for this anytime soon??

I couldnt duplicate this. Even if i told my advent constructors to stop, they would then continue to build stuff.
Your using 1.2 right? could you like, post a replay or something?
Were you trying to build something that you couldn't build yet either because you needed to research it or upgrade your logistics, also you constructor wasn't disabled in any way was it?
