Network Error: Disconnected from Ironclad Online

I keep getting network error: disconnected from Ironclad Online. I read a post back in 2008 when I searched and tried the things they suggested. Then I read on further that a lot more people had the problem.

 

So I am wondering if this issue is coming back, anyone else getting this error?

What version of Sins are you playing?  Is it fully patched and up to date?  Part of the DRM for this game is that you cannot log onto ICO unless it is patched to the most recent version.  For standard Sins it's v1.19.  I forget what version it is for Entrenchment.  For Diplomacy it's v1.2.

@ Dirty, can you log on to ICO right now? 

 

 I am having the same issue and cannot log onto ICO.  It worked fine for me 4 hours ago.

People seem to be complaining that the Diplomacy server is down. So if you've followed all the other advice and still have the problem that's probably why.

I think the server is down, i cant log in either

Yeah, I went to log in right after my post here and it was down.  It's back up now.

Ok I have successfully logged on.  I opened my computer task manager and a version of Sins was running even though the app was closed.  I ended that application, relaunched it, and it works.  Log on guys!
