Pirate Bases cause crash

I cannot figure out what is causing this but any time i try to center my camera on a pirate base or send a fleet to one my game crashes no mini dumb no nothing just crashes it happens as every faction and every time. I am playing orgianl sins with the latest patch no mods installed.

Card drivers are up to date and i did a fresh install same problem but now it also crashes ant time i try to play the Vasari frustrating!
