Can not create account - Ironclad

I get the standard disconnected from ironclad online message

I have tried this with no firewall up and I still get the same message. I do not have any other software that could affect a connection running such as peerblock. I also have the latest patch. I wanted to play this game with my friend however he also is having the same problem.

Are the servers down or is it my computer?

What version of the game are you logging in for?  Vanilla, Entrenchment, or Diplomacy?  I tried to log onto the Vanilla/Entrenchment server recently and it claimed that I had an outdated version of the game when I'm up-to-date.  It's thus possible that the problem is on the ICO-end.

Its started working for some reason. Just for information it was the trinity edition.

For future reference this tells us nothing as trinity has all three .exe's for Vanilla/Entrenchment/Diplomacy. So it is still necessary to tell us which one you are playing on.

Presumably, it said Trinity on the menu, which is Diplomacy.

Hey i'm having this problem and I am playing on Vanilla, I haven't got the expansions yet...

But I really want to play online, do I need updates or anything? I am out of ideas.

Yes.

Use Impulse to update your game, and once you have the highest version (Vanilla 1.191) you can log on to ICO.

You still need your Game Serial Code or summat like that. (You can find that on Impulse.)
