Alright. Here's what happened:
About a year ago, I bought the Entrenchment expansion pack and downloaded it. Six months ago, my computer crashed. Now, I have a new computer, and I want to download it again without having to buy it again (LEGALLY)
How do I go about doing that?

Simply fire up Impulse and do so the exact same way as you did initially. You're free to install as often and for as long as you like.
Is simply going to the Impulse store online enough or do I have to download Impulse?
Download and install impulse, Log into your account and it should show up in "My Games".
It's not working. I cannot find an option to download. Does the fact that I am running Windows 7 change anything?
No, I was able to download Impulse. But I can't download Entrenchment.
Actually, I just discovered the problem: Entrenchment is no there. It's simply not in the My Games tab.
Are you sure you used the same email address to purchase the Entrenchment expansion as you did original Sins. A lot of people somehow put in a different one and end up with a completely different account they don't even know about.
It would appear that I am using the right EMail address. Tried the other one I would use and it says that I don't have an account under that EMail.
On a related note: is it possible to get my in-game awards/trophies back?
If the registration is not showing up on your account, or if you're not sure which account it is on, contact [email protected] and they should be able to help locate it.
No, those would have been stored locally on the machine the game was installed on.
