The Dev.exe commands

Can somebody please give me the commands for the dev.exe? i have to test something that is crashing but i must have three things researched first.

I'm talking about the commands where you have 10000 recources, all researched instant build etc...

I'm in AZERTY and for the commands you want it's "ctrl +shift + :" so in QWERTY it may be "ctrl + shift + ."

[ctrl + shift + .] --> A --> A (Setup Quick Play) pretty basic commands
