How would one go about converting a video - such as an .avi file - into the necessary .bik format needed to use as a load-up video?

I tried that, but it would only let me convert FROM .bik?
On the very bottom left I have a button "Bink It" when pressed opens an option window with the name of the avi I loaded but now has the .bik extention.
