i cant log to ICO although i had upgraded the game to 1.30 today 07/20/2011 any solutions? thanks in advance

They just had a minor update and the servers were inaccessible for a few minutes. They seem to be going up and down sporadically.

I can't log into ICO either. Anybody know why it's inaccessible other than because they just recently updated it? Are they doing server maintenance?
