Particle Forge

I'm sure this has been asked several times but I can't find any working links to a comprehensive tutorial on the Particle Forge tool. I've been wanting to use it for well over a year now but don't know where to start. Anyone have any links or videos?

That's because there is no tutorial.... But there is a link, a fairly recent and active one.
