Hey I was in a chatroom with some fellow gamers and they said that with the titan class ships you can destroy an entire planet, can anybody confirm this because if so this could be the best game EVER!!!
I seriously doubt that Titans would be planet busters in that sense maybe to be able to bombard it much faster than capitals. If it could destroy planets then I would go off like in EAW with a huge support fleet on my death star and start a planet destroying run which would probably ruin the game.
No planet destruction as the game engine is not developed for it.
Technically they could change the engine a little but anyways, yeah titans have certainly not been confirmed to be able to destroy planets. So they were either confused, making it up or messing with you I'm afraid.

Notice he says nothing about the ability of Titans to maybe do massive amounts of siege damage.

The Argonev ALMOST does over 9000, maybe the Titan will go over.
