Having Difficulty Making A Purchase...

Hello. I am trying to buy a digital-download copy of Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity.

As I get to the checkout with it, I tell the site I want to pay with my PayPal account. I have enough money on my PayPal account to buy the game, but it tells me to add credit card information because it says I don't have enough money to make the transaction. This is not right... My PayPal balance clearly states $42, which is more than enough to get this game, but it won't let me complete the purchase! Why is this? I do not currently have a credit card to use (as my last bank account was closed...), so I'm kind of stuck here.

Any and all help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Ok. I think it's all good, now. It says my order has been successfully charged. Had some help from one of my folks in making the purchase.

Now, I think it said I need to install something on Impulse before being able to download the game from the site?
