Trying to register online...

But I keep getting an error I installed sins and tried to create an account on the game, and all I get is (disconnected from IronClad online). I think maybe I need to patch so I go and install impulse and I try to register my game. I enter everything correctly and I get the email or serialcode is invalid blah blah. I know the cerial code is correct but why would it say the email is incorrect? Can anyone help me here.

why would it say the email is incorrect?

Did you purchase a used copy of the game? Serial keys are non-transferable.

Otherwise, please contact [email protected] regarding any impulse registration issues. Once you've gotten that sorted and the game updated, you should be able to connect to ICO and create an account there for online play.

Its possible perhaps someone else in my family used the code without me knowing of it. I'll have to check to make sure but thanks for the info if its not what I said previously i'll be sure to contact support.
