Alright i have had this game for a while and i just never had a good computer to run it on so i never opened it till today.      this morning i downloaded it and created an account with ironclade so i could play online, then it said i was playing the old version of sins of solar empire.. so i went to update with impulse i have to create another account there.

then i clicked on update a small pop up page cam up i entered my CD code my email and the rest of the stuff but when i press (OK) it says Product registration failed:the e mail address or serial number u entered is invalid check to make sure you have enter the correct information. well i checked and i did enter the correct information so i am wonder what the hell is wrong ??.

its starting to piss me off i have tried ever thing there is to try!!.

question: am i supposed to enter my CD key or the P/N key cause THEY BOTH DON'T WORK!!. and if there is some way some other guy used my code you can kiss his life goodbye lol PLEASE AT LEAST TRY TO HELP!!
