Autoloss on start w/ custom maps

I guess this is technically a doublepost, but I was instructed to ask here instead of in the Technical Help section

So I finally got the mod Reqiuem working (again... all of this used to work perfectly lol) on Sins Trinity. However now whenever I try to start a game on either

a. COMPLETE GALAXY (Requiem)(Endor)2

b. Ultimate SWMap LRG V3

it results in an automatic loss instead of actually starting the game

Both maps are Version3, the same as the maps in the main galaxy folder.

What else could be the issue?

the usual causes for an auto win/loss are

1 the map (galaxyforge) is in mapdesigner folder(other way mapdesigner in a galaxyforge folder auto win/loss also) check line 26 for 'useRandomGenerator FALSE' for galaxyforge maps and 'useRandomGenerator TRUE' for map designer maps

2 the map has home planets/stars that are not in the mods galaxyscenariodef

3 the player position does NOT have an assigned home planet to start at in the map.
