Instructions: Download SGI 1.34A & Patch, and then this (2.1mb). Replace GameInfo folder, English.str, and the entity.manifest, and add the .ogg files to the sound file.

Update 8 list of changes
Featuring new
Superweapon Balance.
Strikecraft Balance.
Pirate Balance.
Trade Port Balance.
Culture Balance.
Capital weapon effects and damage balance.
Universal Changes
> Stats for Strikecraft adjusted for all fighters and bombers of all races, including pirates.
> Reordered Asgard, Asuran, Tauri, and Wraith Capital on build ship screen.
> Added shield regeneration to Stargates.
> Revamped the Stargate ability on capital ships. Way too cool now, along with better AI use.
> Fixed a minidump occurring on first pirate raid. Also two other bugs have been eliminated.
> Trade Ship stats boosted.
> Trade Income stats for trade ports altered for all races. Wraith no longer have trade ports on their Starbase. Generally a slight nerf to place more emphasis on planet populations. Research Stats also appropriately adjusted.
> Buffed credit income from 0.025 to 0.027 per planet population.
> Superweapons revamped for all races, barring the Asgard. Tauri might get a second one later as well.
> Max Allegiance research added for all races.
> Culture spread stats, and secondary bonuses from culture centers altered for all races.
> Culture research, spread, colonize blocking, and max allegiance attributes added to all starbases.
> Research TRUE/FALSE modifier corrected for all research.
> A stargate ability for all starbases has been roughly implemented.
> Capital ship weapon damage balance for all races. Not included are defensive stats or price or supply. Weapon effects and weapon types also improved.
> Capture able hive and the Aurora are now genuine capital ships with levels. Ability rework to be done.
> Purchase cap levels time reduced from 90 to 60 seconds.
> Revamped Capital Naquadria amounts and research.
Asuran Changes:
> Corrected the Asuran Anteus’ beam weapons to damage to starbases.
> Asuran point defense platforms damage roughly adjusted.
> Asuran Drone Frenzy ability revamped.
Goauld Changes:
> Revamped Goa’uld Civilian Research, still incomplete but the basis is now there.
> New capital names for the Goa’uld.
Tauri Changes:
> Langrangia range on the Excalibur buffed to 8000.
> Corrected Zephyr’s repair ability, and ancient cloak ability for better AI use.
> Deleted the Tauri Phase Inhibitor Module (replaced in function by the Attero Device).
> Plasma Beams are now a weapon type, and the ability has been removed. Also implemented on the Asgard ships. More room for new abilities! (Filled with Expert Damage Control or Critical Mission at the moment).
> Gave slight nerfs to the Exotic Particles and Time Dilation abilities (Excalibur and Achilles). Buffed Critical Mission.
Wraith Changes:
> Buffed Wraith beam defense platform.
> Adjusted Wraith Cull ability and armor on all Wraith Hive ships.
> Buffed Wraith Hibernation ability found on factories.
> Adjusted Wraith Capital stats to fire broadside (as canon). Increased bank count to 2.
Lucian Alliance Changes:
> Hyperspace data updated.
> Weapon type and fighter squads corrected.
> New Home and Raider Fleets. Awe inspiring and potentially very deadly.
> New Ability for the Vanir Starship.
All for now. Bought Rebellion when it went on sale. Hope to implement these changes and more into the Rebellion version.
