Update using Gamestop's game updater...

I'm under 1.33 version of Trinity, GameStop doesn't give me the option to make any update, or when i try it in the menu or in the game menu, nothing happens :(

Disable Windows Firewall? :P

Try ensuring that your serial is correct...

If the message given is "disconnected from ironclad online" but you're on 1.33, the problem is with the connection somewhere, not with anything else. The serial isn't the problem.

Like others said, try disabling any firewalls you have. Also exit Peerblock (or similar programs) if you have it, along with any other programs that use a lot of bandwidth (torrent clients, program updates, Steam...) That should clear your connection enough to connect to Ironclad.

That said, I've been having serious connectivity issues with ICO as well very recently, most likely due to the 1.33 update that was just released: I've been getting intermittent lag spikes of 20,000 or so, freezing the entire game for a time, before getting back to normal. The same thing's been evident in the lobby: when I log in, it often takes like 10 seconds for ICO to successfully display that I'm in the lobby... and it can take a similar long amount of time when I change an game setting option, like race or team.

This doesn't always happen - sometimes it responds pretty normally, at least for a short period of time - but this hasn't happened to me before, and started happening just as the 1.33 update was applied.

In short: the problem might be with ICO, and not with something on your end.

It's a new implementation, so yes, bugs will probably still be in need of being worked out.

Thanks for your help.

But even with stoping every thing i can on my computer( windows firewall, antivirus...) , it shows me the same message. :(

This message appear when i try to log or register, nothing like "wrong passeword" or "wrong serial". :(

I'm on a student connection, it works with most of games like league of legend, mmorpgs, minecraft... i don't think this is the problem.

If you have a laptop/wireless you could try getting online through a different connection (public coffee shop wifi or something) and registering from there. If that works, the problem is clearly with your college; if it doesn't work, there's almost certainly something running on your local machine that's still creating problems.

That should help you narrow things down... unfortunately I can't give a hard answer on how to fix the problem without knowing more...

Dude, send one email and wait. If you keep spamming them they will most likely ignore you.

Support won't ignore legitimate help requests, but emailing them again before you hear back will reset your place in line since the queue sorts by order of least recent activity first.
