Can't play because asking me for key that doesn't work

Hi everybody,

 

I post here to ask for some help,

I've a problem with sins of a solar empire trinity. I try to launch the game from GameStop's software, but it asks me the registration key + my login and password. I "copy to clipboard" from the software, and past it into the login screen, and then it just tell me that my serial is invalid...

 

Someone know of to fix this problem plz?

For precision, i already installed trinity on another computer, but i change computer at the weekend, so i reinstalled it on the other computer, do you think it could be the problem?

If you've already registered the serial once, when you were installing it on your other computer, you shouldn't need or be able to register the serial again. Simply login to Gamestop/Impulse with the same credentials that you were using when you installed Trinity on the other computer.

What do you mean by "credentials" ? i logged in with GameStop with the account which have Trinity, but when i launch it ask me the serial, and doesn't allow me to play.

 

If i understand well in this situation, i just can"t play this game on another computer. ( and then i can't test by the same time if i can log to ironclad online... paid for only solo game without any compaign and only for one computer? ) :'(

I'm not 100% sure about this but you should be able to install the game on as many computers as you like (even you're only supposed to use it on a maximum or 3 computers or something - not that that's enforced). The only limitation is that you can't be logged on to Sins Multiplayer (ICO) with more than one computer.

On your first computer you installed it on, were you able to run the game? If so you should be able to follow the same procedure to get it to run on the second computer.

In any case, sending an email to [email protected] would probably be your best bet.

I installed on my first computer, i was able to play, but not to go online. ( as explained on another thread :/ )

 

Then i installed on another computer, and ask me to register my account and CD key to launch the game, and it says me "invalid key"... :(

 

I already mailed stardock support, no response, i will try this mail adress, thanks. =)
