so, does this mean that i have to click the link and do what it says?

i tried to log in to download a new copy of sins trinity for new computer, but i couldnt log in.

tried several passwords using both of my emails for the login name to no avail...

id rather ask for advice and probably look like a newb, than sit here yelling at a computer screen...

Have you created an ICO account yet? (Your ICO account is created only though the game and is separate from your Stardock/Steam accounts and emails)

Pretty much what Wrath89 said. Assuming you bought your copy from Stardock/Impulse prior to April 2011, you can try the info here: https://www.stardock.com/support/

If you bought it from GameStop/Impulse past the above, please contact [email protected].

does this include impulse registered games?

bought original sins and sins trinity from the local shops, and both registered before april.

GOT MY SHIT FIGURED OUT! I SIMPLY ADDED .AU TO MY EMAIL ADRESS, AND HIT THE CAPSLOCK WHEN ENTERING MY PASSWORD. WOOHOO!

so i have downloaded the new version of trinity, when i go to play the game to 'wake up' the mod folder pathways i get a 'stardock account registration' popup.

looks like it wants me to register the game again. what is this about?

Dear Stardock Crew, 

I recently buyed your game ''Sins of a Solar Empire'' in a local electronicshop, and when i installed it and was about to write in the keycode, there were no keycode!!

I looked all over in hope that i had lost it, but i didn't get it at all!

so I would like if I could get a new keycode so I don't need to spend even more money on something that I should have in the first place in the gamepack, please?

If it was for certain a new, sealed box, contact [email protected] and they should be able to help (you will likely need to provide scans/photos of the receipt and/or certain box materials).

figure i'd post this here...

recently had to replace my computer's motherboard, and got upgraded to windows 7.

then i have to reinstall sins, but now it wants me to activate the registration...how can i do this without being online?
