In the course of some insanity(19 file ability insanity), I've run into a bit of a sticky spot, namely a PlayPersistantAttachedEffect that doesn't want to play until the other effects of the file have already played out, sometimes entirely missing throughout.
I've gone poking through the works, as I don't really bother looking at things particularly often, and this is actually quite common, if typically far less severe. Is it just me, or is everyone else seeing this as well?
