Sims 3 Pets problem

But I guess you can help since it involves Impulse, still kinda irritated about EA.

...Anyways, I bought and downloaded Sims 3 Pets through Impulse...everything seemed to be working fine until it finished, and it tells me to update Sims 3 before installing. So I did it, and now...Pets is installed, when I didn't even install it yet. o_0

I really don't want to redownload over 2 GB again, but clicking Run opens up the launcher where it won't recognize the expansion. Don't even think I can find the Pets on my computer...could someone tell me what's going and how to fix it? (without downloading again. >_>)

And yes, I tried using EA's contact form stupid site requires an error code when I select "Technical" in the category...and when I click General or something and submit....the site locks up. :/

Except Impulse is no longer owned by Stardock. You need to post this up with Gamestop or go back to EA and hope they do their job right.
