I recently have gotten back into 4X games and I was referred to this game, soon realizing I've already bought the GOTY edition. My house had a recent break-in and my CD rack was stolen. I have the case and everything (CD-key included), but no CD to install the game.

This has frustrated me since Stardock's "Impulse" service is now defunct. I've already tried to activate the key I have with Stardock and Steam, but to no avail. I'm hoping you all can help me, for I really want to get back into the game.
