Adding another CD Key?

Hi, I'm a longtime fan and player of Sins and was curious as to whether I could re-buy Trinity on Steam, and add it to my current Stardock account. Would this overwrite my previous Sins CD Key (as well as Entrenchment CD Key) I have or would it just add on an entire separate entry? I don't feel like making a new stardock account, which is why I'm asking.

You can re-purchase it off Steam and get a second key. You'd then register that new key via our new registration app that pops up initially and it would add the 2nd key to your account.

Not quite...

I recently got a copy of sins trinity through steam, and at first it worked fine. But after I had to reinstall windows 7 due to a virus (not from sins), both my steam copy AND retail copy no longer work, and have seemingly been erased from my account... It's like I don't exist anymore. No answer from support after 2 emails, though it's probably due to the holidays.

Hmm, I see one but not the other. Did you use the same email address? Support will be able to sort you out once they catch up from the backlog.
