ive had a ticket open for an issue with registering my sose on impulse since last week ive seen no activity and no one has been assigned to the ticket is there any thing else i can do to update my game?

Stardock offices were closed between Christmas and New Year's, so there's a bit of a backlog to get through.  Let me know your ticket number, and I'll make sure it's in the system properly.
