Registration Issue

Hi, my issue is this.

 

I ordered a physical copy of Sins, the original, not Trinity or any of the expansion packs online, and it was mailed to me.

 

When I try to update it, I get sent to here:https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/update.asp?p=retail, and when I go to Stardock's account page, because it was a physical copy, I can't register the serial number under Trinity or any of the expansion packs. As a result, I'm stuck playing V1.0 of Sins.

 

Any suggestions?

At the moment, the only way to update the Sins base game is to use Impulse The Gamestop PC Downloads App:

http://www.impulsedriven.com/downloads/impulse_setup.exe

You'll need to create an account and register the serial number there.

We have plans to make the individual games available through our site, similar to Trinity, but for now, the above is your only option.
