uhm, since i get this when i open the other one, being unable to do ANYTHING anymore...
i can't use edge scrolling(or use arrow keys for scrolling) unless its in the direction of the middle of the map. since its quite frustrating that i can't move my camera in the map...
does anybody know how to fix this?

Alright, let's try this again. Where it says "Use Window Mode", make sure it's unchecked and you should be able to pan all four points on your monitor, if this does not fix it, just let us know in the forums....
didn't fix it, its unchecked. i even tried checking it apply, then again uncheck. but didn't do anything.
but its so weird that i can only go to the center of the map, and when im in the center im able to go all 4 sides, but when i get to far i can only go to the middle again :/
(unless i use zoom in/zoom out for moving camera)
i do remember having this problem before once, but i have no clue how i fixed it back then.
Under "User interface", make sure "Camera: Use Zoom to Cursor" is enabled...if it is not, you basically will only zoom in and out of the star....
This option I believe is hotkeyed, and you probably hit the hotkey on accident....to avoid the problem again, I would suggest removing the hotkey...
