Sins of a solar empre is no longer activated need help

i bought sins of a solar empire, pluys both expansions . i haven;t played them for several months . But they are no longer activated and they ask for a cd key again , but ive already activated them 2 years ago.

You'll have to buy it again. I had the same problem and they told me nothing could be done. Sorry!

I highly doubt that. Support is pretty could about helping with CD key issues.

Can you still see them in your "My Games" in Impulse? If so, you can get the CD key from there.

all 3 of them are listed under games in impulse, they are all installed,

at the bottom it says the serial number is not reconized by impulse,

i try to open one it says i have not yet entered a code for this product.

If you've reinstalled windows since then or moved to another machine, that would be why. But activation is separate from whether the registration exists on your account.

For the issues with your Impulse account, you'll need to contact [email protected]. For your Stardock account, [email protected] should be able to help track it down.

I had to reinstall windows after a virus. I found out my retail copy of sins trinity no longer worked, so I contacted support. Their excuse was "it's now registered under another email", when I've only ever registered games under this email, and haven't changed it for any of them.

So, no, not good at resolving these issues. Makes me feel better about holding off on Rebellion.

Having the same issue as well.  Never have these issues with any Steam games.  Why is there ALWAYS issues with Stardock games?  Beyond irritated now.
