and Mining Gold, this one and the one above has been a real challenge, I love a good challenge 
Now that's the stuff, Shaunna! The second one makes me think of an alien honeycomb/catacombs. Very interesting

No worries love. Either in your gallery or the main matters not. They are still very nicely done and I for one know how to get to them. I also have this penchant for fractals. You'd be surprised what you may find in them. Keep it up.

Thanks Uvah, true, i know how it feels you think you have done a great job on something and then it gets knocked back only to have it go to your gallery, and sometimes I just feel like giving up. but then on the other hand, it just wants to make me do better.
when my Bi Polar plays up real bad I get very snarky and then that is where I feel everyone is against me, and then I have thoughts of some people on here in the moderation have their favorites and it's mostly those that get up before mine. but that is the Bi Polar coming out in me I can't control that. fractals are the only thing I know how to do.

When you do fractals try opening one up in a different program. I don't know which one you use but if you're doing it in Apophosis, is that a name? Anyway....if that's the one you use save it as a jpeg like you normally do then take it into Photoshop or PaintShopPro or Gimp and play around with different effects. Don't worry about how it looks, that's what saving is for. If you make a mistake you can always go back to the original and do it again. Never give up though. Just let your imagination run with it. You'd be surprised what you can do.

Chin up, lass! I, for one, thought they were the mutts nuts, but I'm not a moderator and I have no idea what criteria wallpapers have to satisfy for them to be accepted. What programs do you have for working with? If you don't have Photoshop, you could download Gimp which is free LINKAGE. Then just break out the google-fu and search for Gimp tutorials (same goes for Photoshop if you have it). That's all I've ever done. Well, that and dicking around with layer effect settings. Then take what you learn from tutorials and start playing around to see what you can come up with. It can be a long haul, but you will get better as time goes on. And if you're interested, Daz 3D have extended their program giveaway LINKAGE. Just set up an account, and download those suckahs for free. You don't have to install or use them straight away (slap them on a DVD if you want to save some space), but they're good to have. I've already had to use Daz Studio just to create a model because all the nude model images I looked at on DeviantArt were either trying too hard to be erotic or really damn scary, or both.
