Time for some quote-fu.
Armageddon- This ability would allow the Titan to completely destroy the planet that it targets.
I'm sorry, that's not possible without an, at minimum, heavy, costly, and time-consuming engine overhaul. Would you like some Rebellion in winter 2013, or this year?
Mass Retreat- This ability would allow the Titan to let all friendly ships within a cretins radius to phase jump out of the gravity well no matter where the ships are in the gravity well.
I do not think that word means what you think it means.
Shield Overdrive- This ability would allow the Titan to double it's shields and allow friendly ships to restore shields to full health.
This doesn't make sense for a TEC ship- Advent are the indisputable masters of shielding technology. If this was a "double hull repair rate" thing, I could get behind it.
Plasma Barrage- This ability would allow the Titan to shoot Plasma Missiles out of it's giant gun causing massive damage to the targeted ship/structure and also does and area of affect damage.
Sporemaster, meet Marza Dreadnought. Marza Dreadnought, meet Sporemaster. There, you now have the Missile Barrage ability that pretty much does the same thing. Also, the abilities that seem to be apparent for Titans, as evidenced in the trailer (which could be a completely theatrical production, intended to produce hype), it would be a single "super-death-kill-murderize a single target" weapon, rather than some silly multiple ordnance barrage. Also, TEC are super-awesome at giant guns. This is why their battleship has now weapons, and their superweapon is a giant cannon firing nuclear shells.
Cloaking Field- This ability would allow the Titan to put a cloaking field around itself and friendly ships around it and would allo the fleet to sneak in without the enemy knowing.

Are you sure you're playing the same game as I am? Because the only way the Advent have anything close to cloaking technology is if a Vasari Antorak Marauder capital ship uses the Phase Out Hull ability on an Advent ship.

Cultural Takeover- This ability would allow the Titan to put off an extremely strong cultural output and allows other friendly ships a stronger damage output.
This would make more sense as the Loyalist Advent ability- and as it stands, the damage buff is stupid. If it's a culture powerhouse, and it gives a culture bonus, then it should be the Advent-specific culture bonus, which is, IIRC, shield mitigation increase.
Could you please put some spaces between your sentences? That would make it a lot easier for other people to read it (If you posted this using your mobile phone, than that's the explanation for the spaces disappearing, other people have had this problem as well).
Some of your ideas seem to be based on visuals that we have already seen or on information we already have (like the plasma gun from the TEC Rebel titan and the ability to destroy planets from the Vasari Loyalist titan). I am sure the dev's have thought of some really cool abilities for each titan as well, but I have no idea what they may be like. Cannot wait for the beta...
Nitpick: The Vasari Loyalist Titan isn't confirmed to destroy planets, only that the Vasari Loyalists can up'n'go with little impact to economy after, presumably, forsaking planets. It's implied that they also leave the planets behind in an unusable fashion- but not destroyed.
Keeping in mind that the latter would require a major engine change, I'm doubtful of any planetary-scale demolition.
