Just how do I stomp them permanently? I don't think they are the most serious type of threat, but I don't want these cookies to keep mining my information and regenerating when I specifically delete them or even block the domain! Note I don't think they are Flash cookies, as they appear in the browser and BetterPrivacy can't keep them out.
