Steam Cloud?

Will the full game support Steam Cloud for savegames? I hope it will. It would be really good for cross PC players. I am playing my games on my notebook and PC so I can continue my games from every PC. Thank you, I hope you will do it.

Although it kinda defeats the purpose if the saves are broken after every patch
