Technical Service Hours?

Howdy All.

I was wondering when the technical support staff works. I preordered Rebellion, cannot register it, and can't get any help about it.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get help about registration issues?

9:00 AM through 4:00 PM Monday-Friday I believe. Can't find mention of a time zone.
