I only ask because I see it in the "Known Issues" post, but I have a global problem now in both Windows 7 and 8. I am getting the same circular graphic thing spinning over and over for a long time when trying to activate on Steam from both Windows 8 on my Desktop and Windows 7 on my laptop. I did send an email to support last night but they have yet to respond. I really want to play this game and I can't see why it's taking so long to get back to me.
Windows 8 is not supported in Rebellion. Once a final stable build is released Rebellion will most likely run fine on it, though. But the Consumer Preview of Windows 8 won't run Rebellion, as far as I understand.
It done this to me (Windows 7) but I just closed it and tried to run it again and it worked fine? (I take it you have tried multiple times?)
