Entrenchment not showing up in GameStop

I got a new pc. I was able to get my sins and my entrenchment downloaded, but am unable to get my Diplomacy. I still have the serial number for it from the old pc. I merged my email accounts months ago so should have found all three, not just two. Ideas?
