Titan Damage Notifications

Hi

I was playing a single player game last night and noticed that the game reported "Capital ship shields are down" for the Titan. The text notification also said Capital ship. I don't know if it's a bug but I would have thought the Titan would have it's own damage notifications. I didn't have any Capital ships in combat at the time.

It's not particularly important so I wonder if they just haven't got around to it yet.

Give it time, but posting issues is the best way for them to know.

The titans do actually have their own warning for shields down already. You hear the message "Our titans shields have failed!" when it happens. No idea why you got a different message. :S

Alternatively "The Titan's shields are down!" depending on which TEC faction you are.

Thanks for confirming, I thought I had heard the Titan warning in other games I had played. I'll see if I can recreate the issue from an auto-save.

Mm, not sure about the shield one, but I hear "Your capital ship is under attack!" when my Titan is soloing a gravity well fairly consistently. While I understand why they'd have alarms for the titan shield/hull damage, I'm not sure why they'd skip out on the under attack warnings.

Aha! Thanks XubXub, I believe you are right, it was the "Your capital ship is under attack!" warning. Sorry for the confusion.
