Are there any groups being organized by Stardock?  I would like to play in a noob group.  I am really casual.  (I mostly play the Sacrifice of Angels mod.  I hate the Borg and must destroy them regularly.    )  I play every weekend against the computer but would like to enjoy the pvp opportunities. And I hope other people believe that it is okay to love Sins and not be very good at it. 

So how will Rebellion change the way most people play Sins?  Will we be destined to be a 99.5% offline community?

I don't know if a laddering system like Starcraft II uses is the answer but it's easier to jump into a game.  The other day I waited about 30 minutes (of the 90 minutes I had set aside to play) just for one guy to decide if he was going to play in the same 2 V 2.  We kept saying "Go green!"  So their has to be a better way. 

Well, after a few days of experience, I have to say two things:

1) the general attitude of veterans is quite funny (as in, borderline/disturbed). But at least they play well. There are exceptions though, like cilverBUG, and others, who are very polite.

2) too many people who set up large maps in 1vs1 to have the time to rush titan.

So, the game is nice, the beta multiplayer suffers.

Of course, why not.
