SoASE Not working properly

Well, I re-installed SoASE on my new computer, in the gamestop impulse/stardock thing, I entered my code, and now whenever I go to play, a window pops up Saying Stardock Account Registration and will not go away, I enter all my credentials and it says ERROR, Serial number already used. 

What the heck am I supposed to do here!?

Its starting to severely anger me.
