IMO the Titan is too easy to get. For example compare to the Novalith Cannon, the Titan is half as easy to get and way more powerful.  I was able to kill an apparently fully leveled starbase with a solo Titan w/ a handful of levels. True it was getting close but that's quite powerful.

Also, as well, the ability to make all neutrals friendly ability is a quite powerful thing.  I don't know what the other races have yet to compensate so I can't judge.

On a hard level of play, rushing for the neutral friendly ability and then rushing for the Titan I completely owned. The enemy beating me to the Titan might be a 'game over' situation, but I have yet to go against one; so far always blowing up their structure in time.
